On the hills covered with fragrant herbs, goats are raised
for their flavorful milk. There is a small-scale production of goat cheese,
which is available from the farmers themselves or in the markets.
You can also find honey, with delicate or intense flavors, that is extracted
and presented by local beekeepers.
